Robotized welding

Robotized welding is based on high-tech equipment that is capable of arc and spot welding.

We have two robotic welding systems complete with orbital positioner with a capacity of 500 kg and tailstock in lathe version with a distance of 2000 mm and 800 mm rotating diameter.

The welding island guarantees not only high welding quality due to accurate and homogenous movement with reduced cycle times, but also constant welding quality with high standards and good productivity even for small orders.

The automation of the production cycle and the design and construction of jigs for clamping workpieces ensure an excellent and precise service.

Manual Welding

Bending

Bending is a critical step in metalworking, as it allows steel plates and beams to be formed into curved or angular shapes according to the requirements of the part to be manufactured.

Our CNC bending machines allow these materials to be bent precisely and repeatably, ensuring that each component maintains the strength characteristics required by the design.

Blanking

Metal blanking is one of the most widespread and popular machining processes in the sheet metal industry, due to its simplicity and efficiency. This process allows sheet metal to be cut with precision, making it possible to obtain both semi-finished products destined for further processing steps and ready-to-use finished products. Its versatility makes it an ideal solution for mass production, guaranteeing short lead times and high repeatability of results.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting is a mechanical treatment used to improve the characteristics of metal surfaces, making them more uniform and free of impurities. This process is mainly used in carpentry to prepare the part before further processing, removing oxidation, machining residues and impurities. Upon request, it can also be performed to guarantee customers a perfectly clean product free of surface slag, thus improving its aesthetics and performance.
